Our story
Portfolio Vacations is a husband-and-wife business run by Wendy and Tim Perkins. We started with a simple idea: vacation rentals should feel cared for, not managed from a distance. We've hosted families, couples, and snowbirds in homes across Anna Maria Island and surrounding communities.
We're small on purpose. Keeping our collection focused means every home gets our personal attention, and every guest gets a real person when they need help. Often that person is one of us.

When something comes up mid-stay, you won't reach a call center or a ticket queue. You'll reach one of us. Guests often write that we went out of our way to save their vacation, and that we checked in to make sure everything was perfect while they were here. That's not a policy. That's just how we host.
The person who answers your text is the person who takes care of your home.
Every Home Gets Our Personal Attention
We keep our collection small on purpose, with homes in Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, and Bradenton. That way every one gets the same care from us: beach gear ready by the door, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spotless home before you walk in.
If we ever grew past what we could personally check, that standard would slip. So we don't.
