Our nearest Airport is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). It's about 30 minutes away. Another popular choice is Tampa International Airport (TPA) which is about an hour away.
Our calendar is always updated in real time. If it shows available, it is. If we have a cancellation, it will show as available immediately. In order to give our fantastic cleaners time with their families we are closed for arrivals and departures on Holidays, such as New Years Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
One large dog or two small/medium dogs with approval, guest will pay a non refundable pet fee $150 per stay per pet (2 max).
If booking through AirBNB or VRBO, this will be a separate charge, after you book.

My husband and I grew up in the mid-west and always had the desire to move to Florida. We moved to the Anna Maria Island area seven years ago and haven't looked back. We enjoy boating, the beach, riding motorcycles, working around the house and enjoying our kids and grandkids. We like speaking/ working to guest and owners to make there experiences memorable, which is very important to us.
